Made from Freisa grapes with secondary fermentation in the bottle without the use of any sulfites. The aromas are decidedly fruity, dominated by notes of blackberry but also with scents of spice and humus. The juicy and flavorful mouthfeel has a unique personality and although this is still very young, it has an unimaginable propensity to age.
