A Pinot Noir bubbly that ages for six months in small, used wood barrels and spends 30 months on the lees. It has a bright, onionskin color and a constant effervescence. The bouquet has notes of raspberry, strawberry, blood orange, thyme, rosemary and face powder tones. The flavor is sharp, lithe and saline-acidic with an aftertaste of hazelnut.
