The wine has a bold, yellow color and a surprisingly clear and typically Mediterranean aroma with scents of gorse, resin, citron, tomato leaf and hint of aromatic herbs. The mouthfeel is fresh, decidedly saline, warm and with an unusual persistence. A wine that denotes long life and a strong personality.
