This has a totally intact, bold yellow color, while the aroma has some reduction and shifts between lemon peel and lime peel, with a minerality similar to a Sauvignon from the Loire Valley. The mouthfeel is cutting and precise with a shimmering acidity, rich in extracts and very consistent. A white wine to pair with any meal, even white meats.
