Torcularia

A wine produced using only Lambrusco Maestri grapes from a vineyard situated at an altitude of 200m above sea level and that stands out for its vigor and expressiveness. The rich, exuberant effervescence has persistent pink reflections while the dark and impenetrable color with its purple highlights already displays the wine’s boldness and texture. The aromas are intense with scents of underbrush, raspberry and blackberry and with breathing the bouquet becomes grapey. The mouthfeel is a pleasure to experience thanks to the harmony between its vigor and the pleasure it offers. The tannins are bold and the structure exuberant, while the flavor demonstrates some of the harshness of the grape variety. However, all this is counterbalanced by a delicious effervescence, a cleansing acidity and a fruit not you cannot escape. Needless to say, this pairs excellently with the local delicacies, sumptuous cold cuts made with the best pork as well as the legendary stuffed pastas.
