Made from Canaiolo Nero that ages in stainless steel for a few months. The wine has a dark yet bright ruby color and a youthful aroma with notes of kirsch, maple syrup, sweet violet and black cherry, all very intact considering its age. The mouthfeel is intense with a thick texture nicely upheld by elegant tannins while the acidity that upholds the progression. The finish is flavorful, intense and while slightly muscular it is very consistent. A true surprise.
