A blend of 50% Biancatenera, 30% Pepella and 20% Falanghina that ferments in stainless steel vats. The wine has a straw-yellow color and a bouquet of white flowers and citrus with a strong scent of lemon leaf and a subtle aroma of almond. The mouthfeel is distinct, fresh and savory with an excellent acidity. A wine that entice another sip.
