When drinking this great wine we must rid ourselves of any concept of rationality and engage in the pagan rite of pleasure. The color is an incarnadine red, bold and deep. The yearning aroma of red fruits, officinal herbs, with whiffs of black pepper winking at a broader framework of strong spices. The taste is superbly adapt to pleasure, soft but not banal, caressing, with a structure that is almost embarrassing, almost chewable. With time the Mediterranean brush gets the upper hand and leaves the mouth happy and satisfied.
