A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre and Syrah, part of which underwent carbonic maceration, matured in large, used barrels. The wine has a deep, cherry-red and a spectacular aroma, absolutely territorial, with scents of juniper and garriga, yellow peach and wild strawberry. The mouthfeel is that of a red wine with flavors of spice, sweet licorice and wild strawberry that almost seem to overflow, while the texture is magnificently creamy, unforgettable. The finish has spice (vanilla) and floral notes, totally umami. And the wine will even improve with age. This is such a great wine that it pairs well with rustic dishes as well as with refined ones. In a perfect world, it would be paired with a sausage and friarelli pizza made by a great Neapolitan master. The price is high for a rosé but perfectly consistent with the quality of the product.
