Made from Trebbiano Spoletino grapes, matured for a year in vats. The wine has a bold, straw-yellow color and intense and assorted aromas with scents of hydrocarbon, aromatic herbs, sage, yellow fruit and citrus. The mouthfeel has character and elegance and is full and wrapping, dynamic and very long.
Giampaolo Tabarrini is part of the new wave of Trebbiano winemakers. He is a young and “explosive” producer with a slightly ‘mad’ technical approach. He is an experimenter full of energy and his Umbria white wines made from Trebbiano Spoletino and Umbria reds from Sagrantino all have great personality.
