A white made from Pagadebit grapes that ages in cement vats on the lees for four months. It has a pale, straw-yellow color with green reflections and an intense and fine aroma with scents of gooseberry, mallow, tomato leaf and floral sensations. The mouthfeel has a nice acidity held up by a light carbonic residue with hints of pink salt. Altogether an easy and satisfying drop with a pleasing citrus component in the aftertaste.
Pairs excellently with fried fish or sushi.
