Pagadebit Ottaviani ideal with fried fish
This small estate in the province of Rimini was founded some 60 years ago by Enio Ottaviani, the grandfather of its four enthusiastic and talented young current owners who are bringing modern ideas to a consolidated reality: Davide, Milena, Marco and Massimo.
Aside from the classic Sangiovese, the province of Rimini is also more than suited for Pagadebit, a grape that is actually a Bombino Bianco but is much more interesting with its name in dialect. The estate has 12 hectares of vineyards which also has other varieties but we were most impressed by this white wine made in cement and that has a great future.
