Made using only Pecorello grapes with a long maceration on the skins and an unusually long period of malolactic fermentation, almost a year maturing in both stainless steel vats and used barriques. The wine has a bold and bright, golden-yellow color that is already a clear indication of its potency and character. The aromas are distinct and rich with an initial sensation of cut flowers, white peach and sweet spice that with breathing become more complex with a distinct balsamic note. A white wine with great character.
