    A single-grape Montepulciano d’Abruzzo that matures for 16 months in part in 25hl oak barrels and in part in new and used barriques and then together in 25hl oak barrels before aging a year in the bottle. The wine has a full, ruby color with aromas of tobacco, smoke and prune. The mouthfeel has a medium body, freshness and animal notes of leather and hide that mix together in a finish with spice and dark fruit.
