A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc from the Via Bolgherese and Le Sondraie vineyards that matures for 18 months in barriques, 50% of whch are new and 50% used. The wine has a bold, ruby color while the bouquet has scents of underbrush, sandalwood, graphite and balsamic notes. The mouthfeel has body and freshness and a vegetal finis with berries.
