The product of a wonderful year and Sauvignon grapes that were harvested late from the vineyards of the Wolfsthurn Castel in Andriano in Val Ventosa. Only stainless steel was used to make this delicate, sweet wine (25g/l) that has a bright, golden color. The bouquet opens with intriguing scents of freesia, lychees, citrus and delicate aromatic herbs along with a note of sweet spice. The mouthfeel is pleasing with its distinct acidity tamed by a delicate sweetness creating an excellent balance that does not saturate the mouth and entices another sip.
An ideal wine to pair with dessert and soft cheese and in this case delicious with the mousse.
