Something special to cap the evening. This is not easy to find but if you run across it at a restaurant or wine shop don’t hesitate to buy it. The aroma is still young and intense with notes of lime and elder and the mouthfeel is intense, still vibrant, with a lovely acidity and compactness at the center of the mouth. The finish is intense and broad with a slight scent of tomato and a return of those of eucalyptus. A very lovely wine.
