A Pinot Grigio where the grapes macerate slightly before the wine ages in stainless steel on the lees. It has a very bright, slightly golden yellow color with a rich aroma of Williams pear and hints of almond and cumin, together with an intense and lovely floral note of yellow flowers. The mouthfeel has an austere attack and is flavorful with a lovely texture and an excellent and youthful acidity along with a sensation of pink salt that gives drinkability to an unusually composed and complex finish.
