A minor vintage. The ruby color has an average intensity and the bouquet has scents of spicy wood and red fruit (black cherry) and, although somewhat intense, the profile of the aroma is more limited. Sweet tannins are still evident in the flavor and are a bit edgy, while the acidity has broken up a little and the persistence is good. The overall structure is pronounced but not exceptional.
