Made from Moscato Bianco di Canelli grapes and with an alcoholic content kept to 5% through sterile fermentation. The wine has a pale, straw-yellow color and a light effervescence with aromas that go straight to the heart: yellow peach, cream, fern, celery, salt, confectioner’s sugar and a hint of tropical fruit. The mouthfeel is so flavorful that the attack seems more sweet than sugary while at the center of the palate it becomes fruity and sweetly salty, all flavor and little weight. The finish has amazing purity and momentum with sensations of salt, peach, confectioner’s sugar, citrus and lychees. The caressing effervescence creates an authentic emotion. Drink this whenever you want over the next 10 years (you read right).
