An extremely regular growing season but with little rain. 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Carmenère, 10% Merlot. Matured in French oak barriques that are both new and used two and three times. A very lively and intense garnet color. A complex and intense bouquet, very full and fine, balsamic with notes of blueberry. An intriguing mouthfeel with nice body, thick yet non-drying tannins, a precise and flavorful drop, full of character.
Bottles produced: 47,200; 4,700 half-bottles; 3,000 magnums; and 150 double magnums.
