Best Red Wine. A blend of 50% Corvina, 30% Corvinone and 20% Rondinella. This vintage Valpolicella undergoes second fermentation on the pomaces of Amarone with 80% aging in barriques for just under a year. The wine has a red-garnet color and an intense aroma of spicy and smoky notes with fresh fruity scents of black cherry and wild berries. The mouthfeel is balanced and pleasing allowing the wine to go down well with hints of cacao in the aftertaste.
