Sabbionare 2013

A full, slightly green straw-yellow color and a nervous aroma of pine resin, sweet almond and nuances of licorice. The attack of the mouthfeel is very fresh but then takes off and rises to extraordinary heights, while at the same time remaining a fine wine that loses none of it agility (its strongpoint). Sabbionare usually has a medium body but not this vintage. The finish is fairly bitter to the right point.
