A classic Verdicchio from a hot year: more floral/fruity than vegetal, with notes of gorse and lemon peel, while the attack of the mouthfeel is a bit low-key before it evolves with a note of almond. Undoubtedly, an excellent wine but it lacks a tad of freshness. At its peak.
