Made from Pinot Bianco grapes grown in Maso Carnol, situated on the naturally porphyritic hills that surround the city of Bolzano. The wine matures in stainless steel vats with a small part maturing in barriques.
A bold straw-yellow color with green reflections and a distinct aroma with full scents of peach and Williams pear. The mouthfeel has a bold structure, full body and a pronounced salinity with clear flint sensations and a long persistence.
