A Syrah varietal that after being soft pressed remains on the skins for three hours before fermenting off the skins, undergoing malolactic fermentation, to then age in stainless steel vats. The wine has a pale, pink color and a delicate aroma with notes of citrus, wild berries and a hint of white pepper. The mouthfeel is quite full, fresh and distinguished by a red fruit flavor, while the finish shifts towards sweet sensations which are counterbalanced by a distinct salinity.
