Made from Guarnaccino Nero grapes and aged in stainless steel on the lees for three months with paddling. The color is a lovely onionskin-pink and the aroma has clear scents of red fruit and light vegetal nuances. The mouthfeel is slightly tannic and upheld by a good freshness and salinity while the long finish has a pleasing, smoky aftertaste. Annual production: 6,000 bottles.
