Made from Aglianico grapes and aged in stainless steel for 12 months. The color is an intense purple and the aroma is rich in fresh and ripe fruit. While juicy blackberry notes dominated the bouquet, compared to the 2013 here there is also an intense balsamic note and those of bark and underbrush. The mouthfeel has a persistent acidity with sweet and more evident tannins, while the finish is not particularly long.
