Pinot Bianco dominates a blend that also had small amounts of Chardonnay and Sauvignon. The wine aged for a year in wood barrels before aging on the lees another 24 years in stainless steel vats. It has a bright, yellow color with distinct green nuances and an austere bouquet that has the classic peat and marine notes of Terlano. And while the structure may not seem imposing, breathing brings out its complexity with spicy notes and those of candied citron and iodine. What us most outstanding is the relentless, definitive progression that never ends.
