Made from Fiano grapes that macerate long on the skins inside terracotta containers (called quartare) stored underground in the winery. The wine has a golden-yellow color and aromas of barley, honey, toasted bread and ripe yellow peach. The mouthfeel is fresh, salty and pleasingly wrapping and long to close on notes of white pepper and star anise.
