    100% Carricante grapes. The wine is made in stainless steel sitting on the lees for six months. The color is a bright, straw-yellow and the bouquet has citrus and smoky notes of citron, grapefruit, aromatic herbs and lime with hints of hydrocarbon. The mouthfeel is saline and taut, very pleasing and fine with a nice persistence to the finish.
