100% pinot bianco grapes. On the lees in stainless steel tank. Shiny straw yellow. Very typical and fruity: white peach, melon, hint of almond and hawthorn blossom. Savory and warm, tense acidity that makes it elegant and easy to drink. Extremely long finish.
