Made from a selection of Chardonnay grapes from vineyards owned by the Lunelli family. The wine sat on the lees for 104 months and was disgorged over the winter of 2015/2016 with a dosage of 4.5g/l added. In the glass the wine has a very luminous and slightly golden color with a thick effervescence. The aromatic profile has finesse and a delicate expressiveness with a bouquet rich in nuances from ripe lemon to candied citron, from mango to ginger and a distinct note of iodine, together with notes of hawthorn and fresh hazelnut and a veil of yeast. The mouthfeel is surprisingly creamy with a freshness upheld a sapidity that makes it impelling despite its soft sensuality. The harmony between its volume and vibrant tension make this drop bracing and persistent.
