A blend of 65% Falanghina, 30% Ginestra and 5% Pepella that matures in stainless steel. The wine has a straw-yellow color and aromas of citrus and limoncella apple that alternate with those of ash and resin. The mouthfeel is young, full and saline with a distinct acidity and a long aftertaste of white pepper. Bottles produced: 2,700.
