A 100% Sauvignon wine that ages 8 months in big barrels. The 2014 growing season was marked by constant rain followed by excellent weather in September. This resulted in a slightly later harvest but the grapes lost none of their acidity. The wine has a pale greenish color with straw-yellow reflections while the aroma stands out for how clear and soft it is with notes of gooseberry and those of baked cookies that recall the yeast. The mouthfeel is pleasingly delicate without any vegetal excess and the flavor of gooseberry alternates with that of yellow plum. The finish is simple yet has a discreet persistence making this a wonderful aperitif wine.
