A rosé made from Sangiovese grapes that matures on the lees in stainless steel for two months. The wine has a claret pink color and an aroma full of personality with notes of chalk, gingerbread and cherry. The mouthfeel has a medium structure and is even more particular being peppery and chalky and slightly tannic to then close with rounded, floral notes.
This is a rosé that should not be drunk too cold and can be served as both an aperitif or a table wine.
