    Made from Ribona grapes and aged in stainless steel. The wine has a pale, straw-yellow color and a clear aroma of bitter almonds and linden. The mouthfeel is juicy and bitter with notes of anise, a medium-light body and a dry and slightly bitter finish that has a light vegetal sensation. Do not drink this cold, believe me, Ribona at the table is easily paired.
