Made from only Pallagrello grapes and fermented and aged in stainless steel. The wine has an aroma typical of the varietal with notes of blueberry, currant, black cherry and violet. The mouthfeel is saline, pronounced and fresh with a nice structure and a long and impressively pleasing finish. Bottles produced: 11,000.
