    A wine made with only organically grown Chardonnay and sits for 50 months on the lees. It has a bold, straw-yellow color and a fine effervescence. The aroma has clear scents of pomelo, peach, quince apple, plum, apricot hazelnut and warm bread with peanut butter on it. The mouthfeel is flavorful, very fresh, saline and balanced with a long citrusy aftertaste.
