A blend of 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir that is partially fermented in wood. This vintage sat 60 months on the lees and after disgorgement aged for a few months more in the cellar before going on the market.

The wine’s yellow color leans towards golden and the effervescence is fine and thick. The aroma is austere with floral notes of hawthorn and gorse and some light scents of white and yellow peach as well as an engaging sensation of plum. The mouthfeel has a nice fresh and flavorful streak that gives it persistence. The finish has some slightly darker and broader fruit notes.
