    Made with only Chardonnay grapes, the wine sits on the lees for 48 months. It has a straw-yellow color, a delicate effervescence and a calibrated, pleasing aroma with notes of elder, golden delicious apple, peach, pomelo, graphite, hazelnut, toasted bread and mountain herbs. The mouthfeel is clean, full-bodied and soft with a taut finish and fruity aftertaste.
