    A 100% Pinot Noir that ages for 10 months in new and used barriques. This is an unusual and unique Pinot Noir with structure and impact. The nose offers barnyard and smoky sensations, a potpourri of flowers and blackberry, cloves, cinchona and earth. The mouthfeel is warm and balsamic, long and has a nice freshness.

    The estate’s enologist is Frenchman Guillaume Gelly.
