Made from Cortese grapes and aged on the lees in stainless steel vats for five months, the wine has a bright straw-yellow color. The fragrant aroma has notes of citron, light hints of white flowers and fresh almond, some slightly smoky nuances and sensations of flint and yeast autolysis that give greater detail to the aromatic profile. The delicious mouthfeel is composed, delicate and pleasingly saline making this an enthralling drop, easy yet not trite. The finish is subtle and elegant and has an excellent persistence.
