The bouquet is loquacious and elegant with scents of ground coffee, spice and humus, along with notes of carob and cinchona, black olives, ginger and semi-dried tomatoes. Behind the spice component there is a hint of spicy hot that recalls ginger. The mouthfeel is soft and wrapping, more piquant than fresh, leaning towards lovely marine notes in the finish.
