This is an almost esoteric Riesling with its pale, golden-yellow color filled with texture. The bouquet is an explosion of aromas, difficult to describe, with an unusual spiciness and scents of citron, elder and almond. The mouthfeel is very broad, rich, almost overflowing, upheld by a formidable acidity that counterbalances the Alsace-like sweetness while the persistence seems unnatural. A wine that will age for decades to come but that is amazing already.
