A still distinct yellow color with only a few copper reflections. The aromas are citrusy with delicate hydrocarbon notes and those of yellow peach jam. The mouthfeel is very taut, acidic yet balanced by a slight sweetness that first explodes and then disappears cleansing every corner of the mouth.
