A blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir that sits on the lees for 36 months with an annual production of 10,000 bottles. The color is a distinct and bright straw-yellow and the effervescence is subtle. The wine has an intense aroma of peach, apricot, passion fruit and citron, bread crust and almond. The attack of the mouthfeel is spirited, creamy and soft with a lovely acidic-saline streak.
