A Falanghina produced in the town of Mirabella Eclano that ferments and ages in stainless steel and then ages for around another four months in the bottle. The color is a bright, straw-yellow and the aromas are of pineapple and golden delicious apple along with clear floral notes. The mouthfeel is solid, very saline, taut and balanced with a very persistent, slightly balsamic and clean finish.
