Another wine that can be defined as ‘monumental’. Its color is as intact as can be, concentrated and dense. The aroma has distinct scents of forest mushrooms, dried leaves and ripe Durone cherries from Vignola. The wine’s complexity progressively increases with time, enriched with notes of tobacco and wet rocks. It isquite surprising how consistent the mouthfeel is, full of exuberant tannins that have not at all settled, with an exemplary freshness. The persistence goes on forever.
