Montefalco Sagrantino 1999

Antonelli is one of those wineries which have been able to place Sagrantino among those wines that age well. This 1999 vintage, an excellent year in many respects, is of a dark red color, the bouquet has scents of violets, fruits like raspberry and other wild soft fruits, with a touch of sweet spice, followed by a slightly balsamic tobacco. The taste maintains a good part of its freshness, it is slightly mineral, blood-like, with soft tannins. A very persistent wine.
